tin can up-cyle: office/school supply holders
I was in organizing mode today and I had a bright idea of how to use all the tin cans I've been saving to use for a recycled craft. I love these pictures of Hawai'i. Most of these look like they are from when I was on Maui...with the exception of the Diamond Head one from when I lived in Honolulu. I just scotch taped them to my tin cans and then taped index cards to hide the part of the can that the picture couldn't reach to cover. For the last one which was a crico can, I used two pictures. I also labeled them because I like labels and hope that they help these cans to stay organized if people need to borrow supplies.

Rein-beers
I give you Rein-beers!
Materials needed: Santa-cotton balls, 1 red solo cup, gooly eyes, tall can (I used a Rolling Rock because the original picture used a PBR and no one in the house really felt like committing to drink a PBR tall can)
Sleigh: Cut a 12 pack box. (If you're having friends over, you might want to get a 30 pack too, otherwise your reindeer most likely won't survive the night!
Rein-beers: brown pipe cleaners to bend for antlers. I also used pipe cleaners for Santa's Reins. Coors Light (there are 8 reindeer + Rudolph) My brother reminded me of the exact reindeer count as well as names. Can you name them all? If you have kids under 10, you're cheating! ;)
How to:
The pin said to use hot glue but to stick the cotton balls to the red cup, I just used scotch tape. I don't have a hot glue gun...The pipe cleaners stayed put by being pulled taught.
